After a 2/1 response, when either player raises partner's major suit
the trump suit is set and the partnership can focus on How HIGH:
Game or Slam? When a minor suit is raised, however, there is still
the possibility that the partnership may want to play in 3NT.
So bids below 3NT after a minor suit has been raised carry some ambiquity,
They may still be investigating whether the partnership belong. 3NT, or they may be control-showing bids with interest in slam The intent will have to be clarified on the next round of bidding
After opener raises responder's diamonds, responder still isn'i certain WHERE the partnership belongs. Responder doesn't want to bid 3NT with no stopper in clubs, so responder shows some values in spades, hoping opener can bid 3NT.
